TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms for learning with Koyansa
These terms explain who may use Koyansa, how family and school accounts work, and the responsibilities that come with paid access.
1. Who provides Koyansa
Koyansa is provided by BATOLA LLC, a company registered in the United States. References to “Koyansa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BATOLA LLC and the Koyansa learning service.
2. Account holders and learners
Family accounts must be created and managed by an adult. Children ages 7–11 use learner profiles controlled by a parent or legal guardian. School accounts are managed by authorized school administrators and teachers. Learners should not create adult billing accounts or make purchases.
3. Educational service
Koyansa provides introductory computer-skills lessons, activities, quizzes, progress records, family tools, and school tools. It is an educational aid and does not guarantee a particular academic, employment, certification, or examination result.
4. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse accounts, access another organization without permission, interfere with the service, copy or resell course materials, upload malicious content, or use Koyansa to harm, monitor, or exploit another person.
5. Family and school responsibilities
Adults and schools are responsible for accurate account information, appropriate learner supervision, protecting sign-in credentials, and promptly removing access that is no longer authorized. Schools remain responsible for deciding which staff and students may use their licensed seats.
6. Paid access
Access to paid modules and dashboards depends on an active subscription or school license. Pricing, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds are described in the Subscription & Refund Policy and at checkout.
7. Content and intellectual property
BATOLA LLC owns or licenses the Koyansa curriculum, interface, illustrations, assessments, software, and branding. A subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal family learning or the licensed school’s internal educational activities.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect learners, prevent abuse, address nonpayment, comply with law, or secure the service. Account holders may cancel according to the subscription policy and may request account deletion.
9. Service availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, connectivity, device limitations, and third-party platforms may affect availability. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Additional warranty, liability, governing-law, and dispute language must be finalized with counsel before public launch.
10. Contact and changes
BATOLA LLC will provide a verified support and legal contact before launch. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the account holder’s registered contact information.
